Registration
Regular registration fees include the welcome cocktail, the banquet, four lunches, coffee breaks, a social event, and the conference proceedings. The student registration includes all these features except the banquet that can be purchased separately.
Methods of payment : Visa, MasterCard or cheque.
Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after September 25, 2012.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Banquet
The banquet is included with the regular registration. Students can attend the banquet with an extra fee of $125.
Accompanying Person
An accompanying person can attend the welcome cocktail, the social event, and the banquet for an additional $200.

Participants who require an invitation letter to obtain a visa can request one at cp2012@cirrelt.ca
